About these terms

This website is operated by AL1 AUTO PTY LTD (ACN 696 895 673), trading as AL1 AUTO, of Melbourne, VIC, Australia. Using the site means accepting these terms.

The trade terms set out on the About page cover how we quote, supply and stand behind parts. Anything specific to your order is confirmed on the quote itself, and the quote prevails where the two differ.

Quotes are not offers until confirmed

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract, and nothing on this site is an offer to sell. We respond with a quote covering the identified part, the price and the freight; a contract forms when you accept that quote and we confirm it in writing.

Supplier pricing and freight rates move, so a quote is valid for the period stated on it and an expired quote is re-priced rather than honoured automatically.

Catalogue information

Part listings, fitment data and images help identify a part. They are not a guarantee of suitability. Fitment data for Chinese-market vehicles is often incomplete, which is precisely why we confirm the part before quoting it.

Confirming that a part suits the specific vehicle, and its intended use, remains the buyer's responsibility.

Acceptable use

The enquiry form is for genuine trade enquiries. Automated submission, scraping the catalogue, and any attempt to interfere with the site or reach areas that are not public are not permitted, and traffic of that kind is rate-limited and blocked.

Catalogue content, images and page copy remain our property or our suppliers'. Reproducing them commercially requires our written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees, where those rights apply.

Beyond those rights, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for a part is limited to replacing it, repairing it, or refunding what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost time or vehicle downtime.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
