No. Shipping is passed through at cost and shown as a separate line on the quote. Our margin is on the part.
Do you have a searchable parts database?
Not at launch. Most orders begin with a parts enquiry: send the part name, OEM number or vehicle details and we identify the part and come back with a price.
Can you source rare or new model parts?
Yes, that is one of our specialties. We cover parts for the Chinese brands now selling in Australia, including EV and hybrid models where local aftermarket supply has not caught up, as well as discontinued lines.
Do you offer local support?
Yes. AL1 AUTO is an Australian company based in Melbourne, and you deal with an Australian-based team rather than an overseas call centre.
